Pembrokeshire’s ‘must-do’ activity. Challenge fears and push comfort zones with a combination of sea swimming, cliff jumping and scrambling around the Pembrokeshire coastline with our highly trained and qualified guides.
There is no better way to learn about the coastline than by kayak. From our kayaks we’ll be exploring caves and bays, and experiencing Pembrokeshire’s waters from a much closer perspective.
Let us introduce you to one of Pembrokeshire’s most loved sports. With its simplicity (just a surfboard and a wetsuit), and all the basic skills we will give you throughout the session, it is easy to make Surfing a sport for life.
Climbing / Abseiling
Solidify a true team spirit as each individual scales up or abseils down cliffs, surrounded by the encouraging cheers of their teammates! There is climbing for all abilities, making sure that everybody achieves a personal goal.
We will create two different groups, and put their ability to ‘work as a team’ to the test with a challenge that relies solely on communication, patience, and problem solving. Each team will have to plan a raft that will keep them afloat, then build the raft together and then test it out by completing the challenges set by the instructor.
Get back to basics with bushcraft. You will learn about shelter building, fire lighting, axe and knife work, and cooking on an open fire. And why not finish it off with a toasted marshmallow or two.
Find out if you have a Robin Hood or Maid Marian amongst your team with a sport that will challenge concentration and coordination. Learn how to use a bow and arrow safely, and then complete the tasks and games!
This fun and fast paced activity will have teams taking on various problem-solving challenges with the added pressure of time restraints. Each team will need to work together to overcome these initiative exercises. This is a great activity to develop a real team spirit.
This will take place on a sheltered river, where we will lead a journey and assist with coaching tips throughout the day. As well as being able to see and learn about a different part of Pembrokeshire, we will play games, and (as the canoes take up to two children) continue to develop our teamwork too.
Hill Walk / Coastal Walk
Whether your looking to gain navigational skills where your team will have to guide us through the hills, or track down and tick off the flora and fauna that grows and lives along the coastline, our diverse County has something in store to suit your groups objectives.
Obstacles that, if done at ground level, would be deemed relatively simple. However, when you rival the treetops at 30ft in the air, it really does create a completely different challenge. This activity requires a individuals to focus on the task ahead, teaches them how to keep calm under pressure, and encourage their peers to face their fears.
Learn how to read a map and identify key features around the coastline. Locate hidden markers, find clues, unlock codes, and only by doing so as a team will you be able to crack the mystery!
A perfect option for the final evening as we all gather together to reflect on our weeks activities. During your trip we will be selecting our favourite moments from photos and videos taken during your activities and combine them into a slideshow which we will present to the group as a whole, as well as giving out awards created by our guides for specific individual or team achievements.
